What is the zone diets program of weight loss and keeping it off for the rest of your life?

I wanted to know what the zone diets is, so I went to the founder of the zone diets web site dr. barry sears,

What is this mumbo jumbo crap dr. sears is talking about on his zone diets website?

Dr. Sears explained on his web site that what seemed like a scientific method of why I will lose weight, and on what molecular level it will affect, but that didn’t make much sense to me. It turns out Dr. Sears is morelike a scientist than a medical doctor, and can’t explain himself in easy to understand english.

I figured this out about the famous zone diets plan on my own.

What I knew so far is that zone diets is very popular and people can and do lose weight on it, and the zone diets meals can be delivered to my home or work. So it seemed like a diet I didn’t have to think about to much and I could lose weight by eating proper portions that were chosen for me.

 

The zone diets plan is so simple, but they make it seem so hard to understand.

6. Do you like eggs? Have you ever heard of Egg Beaters? They are an excellent alternative to eggs.

7. Bread. I am talking about the wholesome wheat bread. Never allow white bread to cross your lips.

8. Cheese. Make your own vegetarian cheese; it is great, tastes better too!

9. Brown rice. Great for a quick meal. Never white rice.

10. I did mention cereals earlier. Read the labels, watch for the sugar content.
